Rental & Turnover

For Landlords &Property Managers

Fan replacement for rental homes, apartments, and property turnovers — with scheduling that respects your timeline. A unit that is not ready is a unit that is not earning.

How We Work With You

Turnover work on your schedule

Rental fan replacement has a different rhythm from homeowner work. The fan is usually one line on a longer punch list — paint, carpet, cleaning — and it needs to be done when it was scheduled, because the unit is on a clock.

We plan turnover jobs accordingly. Tell us the units, the number of fans, and your move-in or showing date, and we will schedule to it rather than around it. For multiple properties, we can often handle them in a single visit or a short window.

What we will not do is let the schedule push us into cutting corners. Every fan still gets its support verified and its operation checked before we leave, because a call-back from a tenant costs you more than the visit did.

  • Single-unit or multiple-property fan replacement
  • Turnover and move-in ready scheduling
  • Clear communication on scope and timing
  • Work completed and verified before we leave
  • Flexible access arrangements — meet us on site or provide access
  • Support issues flagged before work starts, not after

Getting A Quote

What to send for a fast, accurate number

Portfolio work quotes best when we know the scope up front.

Units and fans

How many units, how many fans in each, and the addresses. Even an approximate count gets us close.

Who we coordinate with

Whether you meet us on site or provide access, and who to contact on the day. Tell us your preferred process.

Your dates

Move-in dates, showing dates, or a window you need it done inside. This is the constraint we plan around.

Managing many properties? Send a list with unit counts and we will quote it as a package rather than unit by unit.

Landlord Questions

Ceiling fan questions from Landlord homeowners

Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?

When several units are handled in one visit or across a short window, the per-fan cost is generally lower because travel and setup happen once. Tell us the scope — how many units and how many fans — and we will quote it as a package.

How quickly can you turn around a unit between tenants?

Turnover work runs on deadlines, so tell us your move-in or showing date when you reach out and we will schedule around it. We keep turnover jobs scoped simply: out with the old fan, in with the new one, verified working before we leave. If several units are involved, we can often plan a single visit or a short window.

Can you work while tenants are still in the unit?

Yes. Fan replacement is contained work — we are at the ceiling at one location and we clean up after. We can coordinate timing with you so it fits around tenant schedules where that matters.

Do you need access to each unit, or can you coordinate with the property manager?

Either arrangement works. Some property managers meet us on site; others provide access. Tell us how you prefer to handle it and we will work with your process.

What if a fan needs support work, not just a swap?

We will flag it. An older rental with a ceiling box that was never rated for a fan needs the support addressed, and that changes the scope. We tell you what we find before proceeding so there are no surprises on the invoice or the schedule.

Can you handle a whole property turnover in one visit?

Often yes, depending on the number of fans and the state of the locations. Larger properties or ones needing support work may need more time or a second visit. We will tell you honestly when we scope it.
