Multiple Fan Installationin one scheduled visit
Several fans installed in one appointment — practical for whole-home updates, new builds, and property turnovers. Each fan checked individually before we finish.
What's Included
One visit, every fan done properly
Doing several fans together is more efficient than booking them separately — the travel and setup only happen once, and we can work through the house in a single pass.
The important thing is that efficiency does not mean cutting corners. Every fan still gets its support verified, its mount done properly, and its balance and controls checked before we leave.
- One appointment for multiple fans
- Bedrooms, living spaces, and other suitable rooms
- Consistent placement and mounting across the home
- Mixed fan models where different rooms need different things
- Each fan checked individually before we finish
- Scheduling arranged around what works for you

Planning
What helps us plan your visit
The more we know in advance, the better we can estimate the time and quote the job accurately.
How many and where
The total number of fans and which rooms they are going in. Bedrooms and living spaces are the usual locations.
What each location looks like
Whether a fan or light is already there at each spot, and the ceiling height. Photos of each location save a lot of back and forth.
When you need it done
Especially for turnovers and move-in deadlines. Give us your date and we will plan around it.
Multiple Fan Questions
Ceiling fan questions from Multiple Fan homeowners
Is it cheaper to install several fans at once?
Usually yes, per fan. When multiple fans go in during one visit, the travel and setup happen once and we work through the house efficiently. If you are considering more than one fan, it is generally worth doing them together rather than as separate appointments.
How many fans can you install in one visit?
It depends on the fans and the locations. A straightforward replacement in each of several bedrooms is a different proposition from several first-time installs on tall ceilings with assembly involved. Tell us the number and what each location looks like and we will plan the visit realistically.
Do all the fans need to be the same model?
No. Many homeowners match them for consistency, but there is no requirement. Fans in different rooms can be different models — a low-profile fan in a bedroom and a larger downrod fan in a great room is a perfectly normal combination, and often the right one.
Can you do a whole house in one day?
Often, if the locations are prepared and the fans are straightforward. Larger homes, tall ceilings, or several locations needing support work may need more time or a second visit. We will tell you honestly when we scope it rather than overpromising a single day.
Do you work with builders on new construction?
Yes. New builds are a good fit for multiple installations because the framing is accessible and predictable. Uniform placement across the home is easier to achieve when the fans go in together.
